

European Youth Debate 2020 - Digital Edition
The 2020 edition of the EYD was set on four different themes:
1. European Green Deal
2. International Trade
3. Tech & Innovation
4. European Identity
At the beginning of the event and before the start of the debate, students participated to an introductory conference with the special participation of the following Italian politicians, professors and journalists: Massimo Gaudina, Head of the European Commission Representation office in Milan; Maurizio Molinari, Director of the European Parliament Liason Office in Milan; Anna Maria Tarantola, President of the Société des members de la légion d’honneur (Italy) and former President of RAI; Danilo Taino, Editor at Corriere della Sera; Carlo Altomonte, Associate Professor of Economics of European Integration at Bocconi University; Edoardo Croci, Coordinator of the Green Economy Observatory and the Smart City Observatory at Bocconi University; Michele Valensise, President of Villa Vigoni and former Secretary General of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All the participants to every roundtable had to prepare a draft paper containing the solutions discussed in the roundtables. Every table had a representative to explaining their conclusions to all the other participants. Then followed a discussion on the matter and proposed amendments in order to finally vote on the approval of the Documents.
