Is there a participation fee?

Participation in the event sessions is free, as well as the access to the Opening Conference. We believe that everyone should have the right to express their opinion, therefore we do not charge any fee.

Will my costs be covered?

No, we do not cover any travel or accomodation costs. However, we have secured discounts at partner hostels.

When will i know the result of my application?

Accepted Answer

Application results will be communicated a couple of weeks after the closing of the applications. Some candidates may be waitlisted; in that case, you may expect to be re-contacted one week later after the results are sent.

Will I be assigned to a roundtable prior to the event? Will I be required to study?

When you'll receive the confirmation of your participation, you'll be communicated the roundtable you will belong to. The roundtable assignment is based both on the preferences you expressed in your application, as well as on our assessment on your profile.You are expected to be prepared for the discussion: we will provide some preparation material to help you get ready for the debate!

Can I just come to the opening conference?

Yes, of course! If you wish to participate just to the opening conference you'll have to let us know through our main contact channels at least 5 days before the opening conference.
